the man. women tend to be more emotional, which could be irrational. i think that when a man says it, it means more; unless its just to get into bed with you.
LOVE IS SO CONFUSING!!!!!!! =P

you should always wait for the man first because most guys don't fall in love as quickly as females do and if you say it and he doesnt feel the same it may take a turn for the worse

the man would be in most cases the first to PRONOUNCE IT.
while the woman,in lots of cases,is the one,who MAKES IT MORE SENSED AND FELT,by her looks,and behaviour.
you can say more than just "I LOVE YOU",without saying a word.
so it doesn't really matter who says it first,when they both really feel it deep inside.

It's different for everyone. I've found that, in my previous relationships, the one who said it first is the one who gets the most hurt in the end.

I think its better for the man to say it first. Everytime i've said it first the whole relationship has gone tto s**t.

Its more common for the man too first I suppose.

Whomever realizes they are in love first. I think its easier when the other person says it first, but that doesn't mean its better or worse.
