The credit bureau report is the least of your problems. If the bank gets frustrated enough to close your account, you get put on a banking industry black-list as a problem customer and may never be able to have a bank account again.

At some point, the bank will close the account and charge it off as a bad loan. They will then probably sell it to a collection agency and it will go on your credit report.
How did you get yourself into this fix? Get the overdraft paid now!

I'm really not sure, but with my bank I know that for every week it's overdrawn, they fine you $78. My guess would be 30 days before they report it to a collection agency. Every bank is probably different though.
