On substance I think Biden always wins these Democratic debates.
I would have to say in a practical manner however the chief winner was Obama. He got a ton of air play due to Hillary's little cackle at his question and all of that looked very good for him and very bad for her. The far majority of the nation didn't watch the debate and so the press afterward is far more important. Edwards came in second for similar good press.
No doubt about it though Hillary lost badly. Nothing but bad press for her. This debate is only going to drop her poll numbers rather than increase them.

Hillary won, of course. I was impressed when she pointed out that some people a candidate brings hope to change, while she works hard to make change.

does it matter... these debates are for the fringe voters who havent made up thier mind like you have...
Candidates have thier base support and are trying to reel in everyone else.
If Hillary has a national 47% lead... even if she does moderately compared to the others she isnt likely to drop more than a few points
