Since this whole MLBaseball thing has happened, I began to wonder why not drug test every last one of these lying hypocrits.

Ruth - you are very naive to think that way.

I agree. If they can do it to others like athletics, then why not them. Great idea.

Every one of them should be tested. They make decisions almost daily dealing with national security and the management of BILLIONS of dollars. They (Congress and Senate) have mandated the drug testing of pilots, truck drivers, train engineers, school teachers, police, military personnel, and allowed companies extensive freedoms in testing employees. They are, without a doubt, the largest single body of public employees who are not subjected to pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing, post accident drug and alcohol testing, or probable cause/reasonable suspicion testing. ALL government employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen. But not them. The law should apply equally to EVERYONE. If it does not, then it is unconstitutional in its implementation and should be thrown out.

I would like to see MTA bus drivers in Los Angeles tested regularly. There is something definitely wrong going on inside most of their minds.

I noticed your comment to Ruth. Are you asking our opinion or are we expected to agree with you at every turn? What a boring world this would be. You must be a lonely man...

I beleive I know where the buffalo roam too: UYA! Ha Ha!

No, Lie tested frequently would do more good.
If they were drug tested frequently, they would just use tax dollars to take trips to counties where they are legal and get their passports stamped every few months, so they wouldn't have to be.

Just a waste of tax dollars. I do not think you'd find anything more exciting than prescription drugs for anti-anxiety, back pain or EDS.

Recreational drug users get over it by middle age or become addicts who could never stand the rigours of public life.

Blood and urine tests weekly is more like it.
We don't need drugged up or drunk politicians making decisions for us,spending our money and telling us how to live.

No, I don't. Why spend more money on something that could be found out simply by having a paparazzi take a picture? As far as MLB, there has been steroid use documented for over 50 years. They haven't been prosecuted in the past, but that doesn't mean everyone hasn't been aware of it!
