With that car a dealership should tell you!!!!g

A reader needs to be hooked to get the ERROR CODE, there are too many things that light could be indictating!! for instance....'

Bulletin Number: 30358 Bulletin Date: 20021101 Category: 061000 ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE
Summary: CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP - DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE P0121 FLAGGED - CONNECTOR MATERIAL MISMATCH - AJ27 ENGINES - MODIFY HARNESS. *TT

On certain vehicles, the Fuel Delivery Module (FDM), Jet Pump Module (JPM) and/or Cluster Valve (CV) seals are not properly retained in the fuel tank. This may result in illumination of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or a fuel odour. If the amount of fuel is above the FDM, JPM or CV apertures, fuel may be discharged onto the ground. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel tank or change the seals.

First check to make sure you're gas cap is on tight. It will set an engine light. The last car I scanned had an emission leak detected code and the owner was shocked to find the gas cap missing. If the cap was loose the light will go out in a couple of hundred miles after tightening it. If not the gas cap, go get the car scanned to find out what's up.With the car being a Jaguar I'd hold off on Christmas shopping until you know how much the repairs are going to cost.

Who are these people!?!?!....

The light means your car's computer has identified a problem within the engine management system. Drive it to a reputable repair shop and have them perform a computerized diagnostic. Only then can they tell you what the problem is. There are about a zillion different possible faults, but only the one check engine light. Anyone who claims to know the problem without testing the car is just blowing smoke up your rear exit orfice.

it relatively is a hard situation. They way traction administration works is to take administration of engine speed to sluggish or advance it extremely to maintain automobile on top of issues. it would desire to be your TCS computing device isn't working correct. discover the closest Honda save and take it in ASAP. this could have not have been given something to do with oil provider or timing belts. The TCS and verify engine easy drawing close on the same time could lead me to believe its the same situation and one restoration could turn the two off yet returned some one with the right diagnostic device desires to check it out.
