I would have to say V all the way, gr8 taste:) But a good energy/alcoholic drink would have to be pulse, that does taste awesome:)

A King William chocolate and banana smoothie...or a Choc-Raspberry Rush (rasperries and strawberry yougurt instead of vanilla yoghurt and banana) with sorbet and protein powder added, with low fat milk, Yum!!!

This stuff I buy at the gym called "RIPPED FORCE"
I usually drink it when I feel no motivation to do cardio whatsoever.
Next thing I know I'm doing my hour of cardio easily :D
