Then when the Sun does come out it seems or is colder?
I mean in the Summer it doesn't seem hotter when it is still dark in the mornings?

Quit listening to the weather man---if it is cold prior to the sun coming out it will still be cold once it does, hard to detect a whopping 4 degree temp upper. Yes it does have to do with moisture and cloud cover---too technical, just open the door and then decide the dress of the day.

Depends on the night. On a cloudy night, the clouds trap the heat like an insulating blanket. If they clear before the sun comes up, yes, it may remain warmer. In other circumstances, I think it's all in your head.

It depends on how much moisture thre is in the air and how many clouds are out. They retain heat. When the sun first comes out those things may disapate and eventually the sun willl "catch up" and warm things up (except in Winter sometimes).
