Were you working out before? If yes, you can do whatever you were doing...but being careful. They say to exercise taking into consideration your level of exertion. If one is laying on the couch and 10 is running so fast you can't breathe, a pregnant woman should exercise at 5, 6, or 7. Drink plenty of fluid...you CANNOT get dehydrated these days, and don't get your core temp up too much. Nothing better for your pregnancy than to keep moving!

Start low and work your way up. Walking and swimming are two of the best exercises to do while pregnant. Just make sure that you are also eating healthy. Do check with your doctor before doing anything more strenuous than walking.
