Because it is a different investigation involving different people. Mark McGuire apparently wasn't associated with those guys that talked. These are just the names of people that were found out about in this report.

The list was not all-inclusive. No one said it would be. It is actually very limited to a few specific suppliers, so if big names were smart enough to hire people to go through these people, then there is no evidence they used (I would guess like McGuire).

Mark McGwire is not on the list because the Mitchell committee did not find enough evidence to implicate him directly. The same is true for many other ball players. Probably for everyone on "the list," there are five to ten others who aren't but should be.

People need to stop thinking that only the players in the report were or are users. There are so many more but until that evidence surfaces we will not know who they are. I can't wait until the evidence appears about A-Rod.
