I believe they watch over us, and they cry with us, but never disappointed in us, they are our angels, they hold us tight when things get rough.

To be completely honest, at times YES.
My Mon passed 2 years ago from a stroke. I being the only child, I had to make the decision to pull the plug. That decision still haunts me every day. I believed and still do that she would not have wanted to live in a vegetable state. Even so, it is very difficult for me to adjust to the IF factor. (Meaning, if or would she would have ever come out of it). Yes,I still cry at thinking that she would not have approved of my decision.

I believe that those who have passed on are with me and see whatever I do. Would they be disappointed in my decision, I don't think so .They were proud of me before they passed I don't think I've done anything to take that feeling away .
From what I understand anger and hatred and negative feelings don't exist in those who have passed over, there's no need for those feelings in heaven.
It's only the voices that run in our heads that make us feel our passed loved ones would be disappointed in us.

The bible says the dead can see us, but it also says that when earth is destroyed, so will be heaven. I think there is a heaven now in which they can see us, until the rapture and apocalypse, when everyone, even those already in the heaven associated with this earth, be taken to a new heaven and a new earth. I feel like if they felt disappointed in me, God would be right there to tell them how it all fits into His Big Plan For Life.

i know they look down on me but i dont think they are disappointed in my decisions. We all make mistakes and we learn by them. I do cry a lot but it is not because of my decisions, only because i miss them.

Well you and I have had many conversations about this and I absolutely believe that they can look down on us and are proud of the decisions we have made. I am going back to school to become a nurse. You are a teacher now. My Grandparents would be so proud of me and so would yours and your Dad.

No, they were the most abusive parents, no one should have parents like that, and if they should be disappointed with my decisions the heck with them. They made me what I am today, and I've done my best inspite of them.
