I am thinking that in the radiant system if someone is between you and the radiant source you would not be able to get warm.

ya radiant is more efficient, BUT there's more problems with it than its worth. yes some one standing between u will effect it, forced air is good less problems with it,

Radiant is actually the best type of heating system. With forced air, your room and furniture are constantly changing temperatures from hot to cold. Radiant heat maintains a constant temp. The only downside is that you would need a seperate AC system.

Radiant is the most efficient. Small motor to pump fluid whereas forced air needs a larger motor to move large volumes of air each time the burner cycles. ;-)=
