Are smokers murders?

I hate walking on road and breathing in peoples smoke and its is killing me

Smokers aren't murderers. Besides smoking isn't allowed in public places, so if you're around someone who's smoking you must be where you aren't supposed to be or outside; so, the smoke isn't really harming you. 2D

smokers are actually very caring people with the common good of man in mind.
You see here is why
do you ever hear a smoker complain that people do not smoke? how about the opposite for a non smoker.
The smokers are helping the economy- through the tobacco farmers, the factory workers, the people that ship the cigarettes, and down the line.
smokers are very social- as they chat when they smoke, ask any waitress- the tables that sit and chat the longest after dinner the smokers- in the break rooms you rarely see smokers sitting alone however in a non smoking breakroom people are less likely to talk to you
Really there are so many more little things that you probably didn't notice but I will end on that note.

However, I will agree with you that there are some smokers that aren't very considerate. I've walked by and had smoke blown in my face, and I actually saw someone accidently ash on a baby in a baby stroller. I think it's a little extreme though to say that the smoke on the sidewalk is killing you.

Keep in mind that any type of candle other than soy candles have fumes in them that are just as toxic as cig smoke.

If smokers are killers then the same should go for the drugs they pump into our meats and fruits/vegetable fields to preserve it's life span. What do you think that does to your insides over time? Same goes for the deadly exhaust fumes and major industrial plants that don't mind polluting our air with toxic fumes.How do you think that has effected your life?

I find it funny that people are in an up roar if someone smokes out in public but, it dose not upset them that there is garbage on the side of the roads, the water is polluted, the air is polluted, Hunters give a lame excuse to kill deer as they claim there are to many of them and will starve because builders keep taking there land to put up homes.

I love the twisted self serving logic of he smokers on this question.
Its identical to the logic that the crack addicts use in the rehab where I work. Lame, useless arguments for doing something that they have no right to do, and that hurts the people around them.
Your selfish habit is going to legislated right out from under you, and your too busy coming up with lame arguments to even realize it. "Its ok to hurt other people if you have a drug addiction" isnt a valid argument.
