They could have the case hanging on a pole on a corner of the ring. Like the old pink slip on a pole matches. That would be a good choice. But I never even thought of the fact that there was no roof before.

That is actually a very good question. Never really thought about it until now, but I would assume they would find a way to have it above the ring, even if it's a slightly modified version of Money in the Bank.

this years money in the bank ladder match will be participated by:
jeff hardy
triple h
cody rhodes
hardcore holly
finlay
great khali
mr. kennedy
shawn michaels
yeah...thats true wwe fan...believe in me....vince like to call this as the greatest money in the bank match so far....
but the winner is still in option between triple h and hbk...or triple h or jeff hardy...which will be the final scenario in the match is both two superstars' hand is in the briefcase while their body is hanging in the air!!!

Like every other outdoor wrestling event ever televised, there will be a big scaffolding rig around the ring area for lighting, They can just run cables from the corners of that and hang it there.

They will figure out a way to do it. They could hang a wire over the ring with the belt on it or something. Maybe make another thing to climb on for the Hardy's.

they will prob use cable going across the stand roof, and hang it down, and they need over head lights so theyd have a shafting set up top wif lights n stuff like fireworx n what not so its be alright
