For me it was People's Court with Wapner years ago. This guy was suing for the return of an engagement ring, that he had given to a clerk in line at a checkout, asking her to marry him, because she had pretty eyes.

On Judge Mathis an uncle was suing his nephew for $1.00 because every birthday the uncle would give his nephew a $1.00 for every year he was on earth ( 26 years old = $26.00). well one year the uncle gave the nephew a dollar to much and and the uncle wanted the dollar back but the nephew wouldn't return it. So the uncle was talking bad about his nephew behind his back. So the uncle came into court suing his nephew for $1.00 and the nephew was countersuing his uncle for $1.00 for defaming his character. Well both cases were dismissed. the uncle was suing not because of the $1.00 but for the principle of the situation.

For me, it was Judge Mathis about a month or so ago. It came on in the middle of the night. Three people (woman and two guys) were all roommates. The two guys were gay (not dating) and the woman was straight. One guy and the woman were suing the other guy over unpaid rent and bills because he left without any notice. The guy claims he left because he was getting abused and raped by the woman in the house. The woman said that's not true because he was the one who kept trying to sleep with her. The second guy said, "the woman is telling the truth because me and her were sleeping together every night."

The funniest part of the show was when Judge Mathis kept making these weird faces because he couldn't keep all the facts straight. One of the three said, "Judge Mathis you look confused." He replied, "No, you three are confused because you don't know what it means to be gay." LOL

One time I saw a People's court in which a guy was suing a restaurant owner because he ruined his shoes when he stepped in some mayonnaise that was on the floor underneath his table.

The case itself wasn't that strange, what was strange (and hilarious) was the way they introduced it. When the defendant was walking through the doors at the beginning of the show , the narrator said he was being charged with "failure to control his mayonnaise".

I once saw a lady on Judge Judy trying to sue a child's mother because the plaintiff hit the child with her car, which caused some damage to the car.

My favorite was a Divorce Court where the husband had his mom speaking for him. What made it really funny was that the wife wanted a divorce because she felt like she was married to the mother and her husband didn't know how to take care of himself so he sort of proved her case for her.
