I live in NY and I have to have papers served to someone in Florida. How would I go about this?

You need to contact the consibles Department in the Country in which that person resides. For a fee, they will serve your papers.

Call the "Circuit Clerk" in your town and they will be able to direct you if its a court matter. Ifs its civil you may have to, but call them first, hire a 3party to serve them.
