If we're going to do that to her it should be done across the board!
Cheating is cheating right?

The relay teams that Jones participated on had to return their medals too.
So, in that regards, a WS team should have to give it up as well right?
Explain how that's different.

You bet they should give up their ill gotten prizes. how is it fair to the guys who played hard and got nothing.

If they are going to clean it up, clean it up.. if not.. start billing it like wrestling.. a drugged up sport.. if you want to watch, watch.. but don't consider it a fair arena at all.

What a shame.

NO, thats nonsense. First off each player does not win a medal. Secondly, if you believe that there is a team that has played major league baseball since say 1990 that has not had atleast 1 player on an illegal performance enhancing drug then you still don't have a clue. And by illegal performance enhancing drug I mean US laws not necessarily baseball. Which brings up a whole other argument of ridiculousness about players unions and drug policies, but thats for another time.

Many of those implicated used the performance enhancers before they were banned, so there's no way you can punish them with today's rules.

For those who used recently, they still don't deserve to have their rings taken away because that's not part of the punishment as indicated in the collective bargaining agreement. You can't arbitrarily make up penalties when they've already been agreed to between parties.

the problem there would be multiple teams involved. it's possible that every MLB team had at least one player who tooks steroids. so would get the World series then?

NO !!! She admitted to it, and not in a union. If you were speeding and ran red lights and never caught, would you turn yourself into the police. Think about it.
