special delivery post timing?

I was wondering the royal mail next day special delivery timing.. they say should reach before 1pm. Does anyone know , what time they normally come around?

depends where you are, you will have a tracking number so can track your item on the web site

but normally between 7:30AM and 12 noon

Special delivery tends to come with your normal postie - if its small enough for him to carry. Larger parcels are sent by van.

In my area there usually here first thing in the morning.I live in the North east.
