normally you would hitch your wagon to a horse or some animal that will pull it on command and take you where you want to go. Stars are higher and bigger and represent power and light and the dreams of the future, You can't actually hitch your wagon to a celestial entity, but you can associate yourself with a mentor or person of power of the power of your dreams to accomplish what ever it is you want to accomplish. This is always associated with a positive endeavor!

It's the same as "aim high" or "shoot for the stars." If you set your goals low, then you will probably never accomplish much more than that. If you set your goals high, you might not reach your goal, but you could come closer than if you had been more "realistic." If you hitch your wagon to a horse, you'll always stay grounded. If you hitch it to a star, who knows where it could take you? -yk
