humankind, that in the evolution of the species the human family separated in a sense that one branch of the family stopped its evolutionary path and simply depended upon the central nervous system as the total machinery for understanding reality. Whereas, the root of the family continued its path and not only evolved a central nervous system but developed what I called at that time an essential melanic system. And that I even went so far as to try to develop a little formula and suggested that CNS + EMS = HB. CNS (Central Nervous System) + EMS (Essential Melanic System) = HB (Human Being). That the central nervous system combined with the essential melanic system is what makes you human. That, in fact, to be human is to be Black. To be human is to be Black.

Wow, an attempt to eloquently explain why your a racist. Granted, the argument fails on many levels but still qualifies as racist.

Well, I'm not sure I'd call this a theory - a theory is a set of rules or statements that explain some observed facts, and I'm not sure what the underlying facts are supposed to be here. Furthermore, I'm not sure you actually understand what you're saying. What, for instance, is an "essential melanic system"? What is it made up of, and how does it affect your ability to "understand reality"? I mean, I can use all kinds of words to explain something, but unless those words are actually tied to something real I'm just mouthing nonsense. Let's say I decide to propose that colors are due to the "inherent desire for colorocity" of everything in the world, such that (for instance) the sky is blue because it desires to be blue. That doesn't actually explain why the sky is blue - it's just words that seem to mean something without actually doing so.
Anyway, in order to disprove something you have to formulate what is called a 'testable hypothesis'. You say something like: "If this theory is correct, then we should see [X] if we do [Y]." Then you do [Y] and see if you see [X]. If you don't, then there is a problem, either with your theory, with your hypothesis or with your understanding of whatever you're thinking about. I'd say the first step would be for you to define the terms you're using, being as specific and clear as possible.

There are plenty of non-Black human beings, with working central nervous systems. All you need to do to falsify the "To be human is to be Black" is to mention a few counterexamples. Last time I checked, Sweden and Norway were populated with counterexamples. Google around, and list a few of them for your teacher. P.S. I don't approve of your teacher's methods.
