Once I went into www.sims2.com and I login in. I noticed it said that my member was suspend. I was puzzle what's happening. Maybe my conversation may comfusing me or even EA game comfusing me after I asked them to close my account. They told me they couldn't do it. Now they suspend my member. I don't understand. I got Support Request to ask to filled some out what they sent me for helpful or not helpful. I did not fill out because I don't understand mostly of the questions from EA Game Survey. I remembered I register my three games of sims and they told me that they couldn't close my account because of they can see I already register of Sims 2, Pet, and Nightlife. Another day they told me they are processing to cancel. Later on I emailed to ask for my password. I typed my password. It showed that My member is still suspend.

Contact them and ask them why your membership was suspended.
