Publicly warn the sob to knock it off of face consequences.
Be prepared to back up your threat. Once the bully is convinced you are no pushover, they will move on to easier prey.
Sometimes you just have to kick-em in the nuts to help them see the light.

As hard as it might seem, try not to show that u are afraid of the bully beacuse this will only make them more confident and you more vulnerable. If you can not deal with the problem on your own TELL SOMEONE!!! a teacher or a friend or a parent or guardian because the longer you leave it the more the bully will think theyr allowed to treat u like **** and the worse itll get. No one should have to put up with a bully, doesn't he or she know what goes on inside schools nowadays. Tell them a bully could end up at the wrong end of a bullet and in the process a lot of innocent people will get hurt.

you cant ha ha ha ha ha. just kidding. it depends on the type of bullying verbal or physical. the physical is easy enough get stronger take a krate class and kick his *** it only takes getting beat down once to stop him, the verbal is harded either roll with the punches or let him have some zingers of your own

Report the bullying and make the school administrators do their jobs. Contact his parents as well. There's really no reason for this crap.
