lol...unfortunately I have...In a public bathroom at that...
I went into the stall...I had to go so bad it didn't even dawn on me to make sure there was paper...so I finsh and look up...no paper...I couldn't just pull up my pants and leave...so I crwaled under the wall into the stall next to me, pants ankle high. I was scared to just walk out of the stall cause I thought someone would come in.

Yes, I have, so now when I need paper, I make sure it's there before I sit down to do my thing.

Yep. But luckily the TP is kept close enough that I can lean and get a new roll if it's out.
