I find it as annoying as when a person says "like" for every other word.
I think they should by a dictionary so they can extend their vocabulary.
Edit:I forgot, I find it a 10!

id probably say a 7 tops i mean even i use that word occasionally but wen ppl use it too much it just sounds stupid lyke i dont want to deal with them at all.
