Try buying one of those microwave sleep things, works just like a microwave you can get 8hrs sleep in just 3 Min's.

you're absolutely correct. the concept of catching up on your sleep is a misleading one, certainly. you cannot catch catch up with a sleep deficit, you can only accomodate it. changing a lifestyle is the only answer to getting enough sleep.

Keep one of those dream catcher things by your bedside! Then when you wake up your dream will be caught,and you can catch up on your sleep whenever you want!!

I usualy stay up late for a few nights,then when I feel really tired I have siesta time.If you dont know what siesta time is look it up in
