I think physically, it's either the same or harder. If whatever caused your first miscarriage is still acting on your body, then it's the same. Emotionally, it's harder, because you have the old miscarriage looming over you.
However, if you've been taking good care of yourself, it may be easier.
Sorry to be so vague -- it's really hard to tell, and even your doctor may not know. I think it's possible you could be pregnant. Go pee on a stick, and if it's good news, I wish you a safe and happy delivery!

Sorry to hear about your loss.
Have a pregnancy test (home or at hospital)
Thing is, it's physically possible to have another child, but the loss of one can sometimes cause emotional issues and you may cause some physical problems over stress. I'm not saying anything like this will happen again if you're pregnant, but take every precaution.
And if you are pregnant, congrats.

After a miscarriage you are more fertile than at most other times. Take prenatals and relax~ thats the most important thing. Dont allow yourself to stress over it.

My OB-GYN told me that it is easier, as your system is cleared out and ready for another pregnancy. But it also depends upon what caused your first miscarriage. You know what you should do, should you suspect that you could be pregnant.
