In stay in Southeast Virginia and it is enormously nasty right here, too. The temperature has been around 95F for the previous few days. The humidity is insufferable, yet it has no longer rained in any respect this month and the leaves on the timber are turning yellow. the only way i will take care of this warmth is drink numerous ice water, placed on mild colored clothing, and attempt to get a somewhat early start up till now it have been given to destructive warm. somewhat of ingesting warm, heavy, greasy, or oily meals, I follow ingesting extra culmination and salads devoid of salad dressing. At night, I even have the AC blowing on extreme and a extensive 20" typhoon fan blowing on suitable of me whilst I sleep.

Put a log in the fireplace, or get another warm body to heat things up in there with ya.
Maybe a little electric heater?
Don't catch a cold.
