No, realy...for some reason, my shoulder has been hurting for a few days...maybe a week, i dont know anymore. I'd like to know why.

I do swim...alot, 4days a week most of the time unless i'm sick. And it hurts the most while i swim freestyle(crawl stroke, same thing). Could i have pulled my arm weird one day and now it just hasn't had a chance to heal?

This is getting REALY annoying. I knew a girl who had to quit team cuz of a shoulder injury and..wow, i dont want that at all.

thanks

yea, since that girl had to quit, coaches have been VERY adamant that we stretch.

I assume you stretch before you swim, right? Even then, you might could have pulled it, but more likely it's sore simply from being used so much, i don't think it's TAh serious that you'l have to quit the team, if your ever able to take an extra day or 3 off try it and see if it stops hurting!

try putting a heat pad on the sore area. in the future don't forget to stretch before swimming, with any sport stretching is very important for your muscles.

If you didn't injure yourself it could be from using the mouse at the computer for a long time.
