i have friends that fanatic to this wrestling stuff and this friend is a girl... some may hate it but some dont...
maybe the percentages is higher for the action packed movie becoz they love the storyline better than the "i know this same incident, last time it is between The Rock and Steve Austin and now John Cena and who, who is that?! another new guy?"

LOL! I guessed you haven't met my friend's grandma & a certain group of makciks I know in PJ & also my mum.
They enjoyed watching wrestlings esp. during hulk hogan till the rock era.
But majority prefer action packed, coz there's good stunt choreography + comedy + romance (usually) & etc. as the whole package & usually the actor + actress are physically more good looking.

wrestling is violent, which is supposed to be "true" in the match (despite that alot of them are faked anyway - i used to watch) so women generally dont like the sight of violence taking place. action movies on the other hand (apart from usually having perfectly toned men) are fiction. we recognise it as fiction in our brains. whoever in the movie isnt going to die of broken arms etc.
one more reason, being - wrestling is purely wrestling. action movies are usually accompanied with interesting storylines, romance for example.

Because wrestling violence is REAL & sometimes with blood pouring out. Everyone knows action-packed movies are not real, performed by professional stuntmans & blows, fistfights are for show only.

wrestling is a pure act! but anyhow(is this a correct english?)
i do like wrestling.. to see how foolish people make a fool of themself.. like fake blood n punch .. lol//
and i do like action packed movie.. its like so much fun seeing people fighting when we cant usually see it in real life..

b'coz action packed movie is packed with action.....
not full of chair banging, corner jumping, noisy intro-music....
I'd rather watch Gladiators or Troy........

Too many male bodies contact is shown and their underwear do not interest the women a lot ............lol
