hey
A dream is an experience of a sequence of images, sounds, ideas, emotions, or other sensations usually during sleep, especially REM sleep.

The events of dreams are often impossible, or unlikely to occur, in physical reality: they are also outside the control of the dreamer. The exception to this is known as lucid dreaming, in which dreamers realize that they are dreaming, and are sometimes capable of changing their dream environment and controlling various aspects of the dream. The dream environment is often much more realistic in a lucid dream, and the senses heightened.
There is no universally agreed biological definition of dreaming. Dreaming can sometimes seem so realistic lucid dreamers often do not know if they are indeed dreaming. General observation shows that dreams are strongly associated with Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, during which an electroencephalogram shows brain activity to be most like wakefulness. Participant-remembered dreams during non-REM sleep are normally more mundane in comparison.[1] During a typical lifespan, a human spends a total of about six years dreaming[2] (which is about 2 hours each night[3]). It is unknown where in the brain dreams originate, if there is a single origin for dreams or if multiple portions of the brain are involved, or the purpose of dreaming for the body or mind.

My dreams are made of plastic, ceramic, porcelain and glass.
Every size of Mouse that "Hallmark" makes sits on glass shelves in a Curio cabinet, waiting for darkness.
Then they all come alive. Sitting in a walnut shell taking a bath, eating cherry pie, popping out of a mailbox,
swinging the pendulum on the Grand father clock, playing in the paint box, holding a rattle in a baby bassinet.

Depends on mood. If I am happy, I have nice dreams. If I am sad, absolute nightmares. But usually, they are totally outta the world. I had a dream recently that me and my dad are in a rickshaw going back home. Suddenly, I am taking over the rickshaw, and pull a wheelie! Then a dinosaur comes in between the road, trying to crush us. Then a handsome guy comes in a warrior get up and kills the dinosaur. Then he escorts me and my dad back home. Then I find it's a jerk timid classmate of mine. Oh yeah, and all the students of my grade are at my home. I forgot the middle part, but in the end, a young teacher of ours gets married and I get the bouquet she threw at the girls.

The ingredients are a little bit of "passion", "love" and "laughter", you mix it all in the blender, drink it, and have an enourmous amount of "energy and emotional strength to carry on no matter what !!! I dream of it, every night !
