When the timing is right it can tell me alot of things.
Right now I can't tell though, my gut is usually hungry, and the baby inside is kicking me like crazy. So I guess right now, it's "MOM, I'm hungry and can't wait to get out of here."

My gut tells me period that I just had surgery there and it hurts. Instinct ? well, surgery = some pain. ouch
