Go buy a copy of Norton Ghost 10 or 11.

It is pretty easy to use. All the help you need is in the software.
If you are new to Ghost I recommend Ghosting your source drive to a file and not Disk to Disk. This way if you accidentally ghost what was supposed to be the destination to what was supposed to be the source then you have not totally overwritten your source.
After you ghost your source to a file you can Ghost from the file to your destination. It is much safer that way. Trust me. I have been using Ghost for years.

The easiest way I can think to do this is to go to:

http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.jsp?locale=en-US&name=MaxBlast_5&vgnextoid=7add8b9c4a8ff010VgnVCM100000dd04090aRCRD

Download Maxblast 5 (it's free) and use it. It has nice little functions in it to clone just as data, or you can actually clone it as a boot drive. Just be sure to not interrupt the process because it can screw up the data on both drives.

Ghost would be the easiest way, But if you're feeling adventurous you could go old school and use DOS (xcopy)
