Of course not. If that were the case why haven't we been harassed for 200 or more years?
They hate us because we have interfered in their world and they don't like it. A natural reaction, I might add.

Karl Rove was paid to think of cute little slogans, nasty slurs, and political propaganda. Of course he had a hand in every word coming out of Bush's mouth. The trouble is, putting words into the Bush mouth is hazardous, because his foot gets in the way.
