Density = mass / volume.
So volume = mass / density and mass = density * volume.

Q1: To find the volume, all you need to do is divide the mass by the density.
a: diamond: volume = ( 10 / 3.51 ) cm3 = 2.849 cm3.
b: graphite: volume = ( 10 / 2.22 ) cm3.
Q2: Same idea, but watch the units. Remember, if there are 100 cm in 1m., then there will be 1 000 000 cm3 in 1m3.
Q3: Again, watch the units.
Q4: To find the mass, you need to multiply the volume by the density. Remember that 1L = 1000 cm3 = 0.001 m3.

3.
5.519g=5.519/1000 kg
1 cm^3= 1/1000000 m^3
so, 5.519g/cm^3= (5.519/1000kg)/(1/1000000m^3)
volume= mass/density , just divide and find out

4. 1.205g= 1.205/1000 kg
1L = 1000 cm^3 = 1000/1000000m^3 = 1/1000 m^3
so, 1.205 g/L= (1.205/1000 kg)/(1/1000 m^3)

find volume of room by multiplying the dimensions, u will get something m^3
now, use mass=volume X density
so , just multiply and u get ur answer.

1. volume=mass/density, so just divide 10g by the densities and u will get the corresponding volume.
