I/m 53 years old man . till 45 my sex life was so good . now i have erection problem . I can't have sex with anyone. Doctors said my impotance happened from cigarettes smoking . sometimes i masturbate , but i have very little semen comes out ( 3 drops). plus my semen is very very thick . is there any medicine for this . how can i increase my semen ?i'm very sad . i really appreciate for the help .

See a different doctor, perhaps one who is a bit more proactive in helping you address this problem, possibly with pharmacological support in the form of Viagra or other therapies.
While I am not yet of an age to be concerned, I would hate to think there would be life without sex
