They blame others for their situation?
The system is the "man"?
They want advancement, not based on credentials, but on quotas?
They think that (wo)man-made diversity artificial tweaks are better than free-market?

Man, Mike's way off base. Here's a little reality:

They've always been subserviant to men, minorities were/are subserviant to men also.
They've generally make less money
For generations, education was limited, today women are more likely to graduate from college (Good for them)
Although they makeup a majority, only 10% of elected represenatives are women.
They are limited by social class barriers that white men have not experienced, but other minorities have.

NOTE: We've came a long way, but there's much road still to travel.

Added Note: Binki is right. I've never been married. I'm 27, so there's still hope. Unfortunately, women take one look and run. I'm not the most harmless looking creature. I may look like I'd eat your children, but i'm truely harmless. Unless you stare too long!!!!!!!! I hate that! When I chose my avatar, I felt like I was lying. Didn't have a choice though. That little guy I picked looks tasty.

SEM says women have always been subservient to men. It's quite apparent he's never been married.
