The most relieable forecasts of the National Weather Service numerical weather forecast models are available at http://weather.unisys.com/ On the left hand side of the page under Forecasts click on GFSx/MRF. This medium range forecast goes out to 10 days, about the current limit on accuracy. At the 10 day mark you can get a fair estimate of what your enroute and destination weather will look like. At about the 5 day mark your earlier planning forecast can now be pretty well firmed up.

Weather Forecast Two Weeks

I fly a lot my own aircraft and I find this site quite reliable for long range forecast:
http://www.wunderground.com/
But you must understand that the longer the range, the least chance it has to happen. A few guidelines: high pressures move slowly. If you see a high pressure building up around that time (mind you, two weeks it too long; wait a few days) there is a good chance it will stay. If, on the other hand, you see a lot of lows passing fast, it will be very difficult to make any forecast at all. The problem is; it is very difficult to foresee the speed and direction those lows are taking.
Good luck with the wedding.

It is possible to give an outlook for a season, telling whether rainfall and temperature are likely to be higher or lower than average. These outlooks are based on such things as El Niño, the movement of the Indian Ocean dipole, generalised computer models etc. The outlook is a broad look at those parameters. It is impossible to give specific forecasts that far in advance. I can look at statistics and tell you that on September 13th the average maximum temperature is 22°C and no rain but that does not tell you what the weather will be on September 13th. people want to know what the weather will be doing far in advance but there is no scientific way of telling them. Any long range forecast is usually guesswork and statistics.

It is possible to know get an idea about the weather 2 weeks from now. You can use a long rage weather model known as the GFS model. If you know how to read models and use them. The problem is it is not always accurate and anything 84 hours out can and will change. For instance, a couple weeks ago, when a major winter storm came though, the GFS model changed 5 times over 5 days this far out. Good luck with everything.

Honestly, I can't acurately answer your question. Try calling the area that the wedding is in and asking them what typical weather is around that time. Unfortunately, even if you find a two week forecast, it won't be any more accurate than the Almanac either.

Good luck.
