Because the game of baseball itself is bigger than any downside problems created by people. However, fans will only endure so much and those responsible for the game at this time must address all the issues and fix the problems.

I don't think baseball is increasing in popularity, I think the Home Run is. Minor League baseball games are much more fun to go and see than the Major Leagues.

mostly ,because of the almighty george and the yankees.when you become so hung up on becoming the best by purchasing the so called best players,you buy problems and attitudes.people love conflicts and fights.players should be developed in the family,sports should be fun and set grounds for the youngsters/but the great george almighty has made it a war zone,which requires drugs,instead of fate
