I'm 10 weeks and feel exactly the same!! I have been freaking out inwardly for the last week because of feeling so un-pregnant!
I am going to book a doctors appointment for next wed/thur when I am 11wks to hear the babies heartbeat on doppler for reassurance. I have a scan at just before 13wks so that will really put my mind at ease.
I know that unless you are having bad pains or bleeding everything is probably totally fine but it doesn't make it easier! Take heart in the fact that by 13wks the risks of m/c have gone down significantly so you can more than likely rule that out.
I also know that by 10-14 weeks your HCG level stops climbing so much and that is usually what causes your sickness, soreness and tiredness to go away.
If you can, book in to see the doctor to listen for a heartbeat on doppler because that will definately ease your mind.
Oh, and to make you feel a little better, this is my third pregnancy and even though I know all the above things it doesn't stop you from worrying all the time! You are not alone!
within the next 3-6 weeks you will start to look pregnant round the middle and should have had another doctors appointment so try not to worry too much.
Easier said than done I know! Lets try and relax and stop worrying together, lol!
Best of luck

It sounds normal to me - morning sickness usually goes away in the second trimester so you are probably just lucky and it was over really quick for you. I had mine until week 17. Your breasts will have days/weeks when they are a lot more sore than others and you are not likely to gain so much weight yet. When is your scan due? I had mine at 12 weeks so that put a lot of fears at ease as we got to see the baby jumping around inside!
I couldn't see any "pregnancy belly" until week 16 when it got a little "fatter" then a bit rounder around week 18-19. At that point I didn't really feel pregnant either - all the fatigue and nausea had gone and I was feeling fine which was strange for a few weeks. But as soon as you start feeling the baby kick (for me in late week 18) you know all is ok.
At 25 weeks now my belly is getting pretty big and baby kicks all the time so I know everything is ok. But my breasts are still not that sore (leaking occasionally but nothing major) and I feel quite energetic otherwise. The only thing which I feel is more difficult now is the sleeping as I wake up all the time in the night...
If you are really concerned, call your midwife and ask if you can have your scan early or if she can at least check for the heartbeat if you are not scheduled in for a few weeks yet. Good luck!

Enjoy:))))
In about 10-15 weeks you'd wish you were back to week 13. The same happened to me, I was feeling great after week 12, and almost forgot I was pregnant. Well by the week 20, it all came back to me. I am now 31 weeks, and I dread the night time. Lack of sleep, pain when I try to turn, and I dont even know how many pillows I have all around. My husband thinks it is funny:)
So congrats, have a healthy little baby.

Give it a few more weeks - you should start to feel your baby kick in another 3-8 weeks, then you will not be able to AVOID feeling pregnant. You're just in that funny stage where the yucky first trimester symptoms wear off, and your baby isn't big enough to show yet. I remember that distinctly with my first, and I'm just entering that stage now with my second.
Enjoy!

what has happened here is your soaring hormones are leveling out! In the first trimester they go nuts cause your body has to get used to being pregnant, and sustaining another life. Around the second trimester they dont raise nearly as fast and level out and your body is now used to the hormones. You are fine the same thing happened to me with my now 3 year old son, and that is what my doctor told me. Congrats!

You could probably ask your doctor these questions, but if you can't fit it into your schedule,
i guess this would work too ! VERY SMALL CHANCE, but you MIGHT have lost the baby . That is probably not the case, but go to your doctor and he/she will explain .
Congratulations and God Bless !!
