Element has power? I must have read the wrong Road And Track reports. Less than 2.5 liter 4 cyl all wheel drive. First time you encounter heavy wet show you will have to call out a towtruck to get you out. I don't think any unitized body car or truck should push a plow. Jeep Cherokee V-8, GMC Serria Chevy Silverado, Big heavy over 300hp all wheel drive units that can actually push there weight in wet snow. 2005 and newer Nissan 4 liter 265 hp Frontier and Xteria would be better choices for driveway and small parking lot maintence.

The Element is FWD with the rear wheels only receiving power when its computer decides so.
It weighs so little that it gets pushed around by the wind on the interstate.
Its just a CRV that is less aerodynamic and less capable in most situations.

There is no way that thing can handle a plow.

If you put a plow on a Honda Element you will "break" it (the Element).
Plowing snow is hard on a vehicle, specifically, the frame and the front end components, a Honda Element is not strong enough to last any length of time at plowing.

Stick a snow shovel in the grill. That is all the snow that thing will push.
