It may be a fatal error that is causing the computer to restart. You can easily stop the restart problem by changing your system features to restrict automatic startup when your computer's having a problem. Here is how:

Use System Failure Settings to Stop Automatic Restarts.

1. Click Start and Open the Control Panel
2. Go to System and Maintenance, Click on System.
3. Select Advanced System Settings and choose Advance tab.
4. Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
5. Under System failure uncheck Automatically restart.

1. Check inside your computer for dust and clean it up.

2. Turn on the computer while the case is still open. See if any fans get stuck or even smoke is emitted from somewhere.

3. Run a virus/malware scan on the computer if you finally get it running. Get rid of any viruses you find.

4. Speak to the manufacturer of your computer about the problem. They may know if it is a hardware problem.

5. If there is no hardware problem, backup your files (virus-check them first) and then format your computer. Install the operating system again.

Hope this will help.
