I havent seen a doctor because i feel like i sleep ok i just have those things on my mind at night. anyone got any advice that may help me sleep better?

It may be the growth of the child. Usually many things occur in pregnant women that cause trouble in day to day life. You should see a doctor just to be certain. It's not abnormal to feel paranoid sometimes, but if this has only been happening since your concieved the child then i would consider seeing a doctor. It's most likely not hormones because raised hormonal levels mostly occur during the 6 - 9 month period.

I think that you should just relaxed. Maybe your stressed about something. It could be you stressing about the baby. Just try to relax and take your time. Try not to be paranoid. Do things that relaxes and calms you. It could be something work related you never know. Before you go to bed just double check your alarm and you be okay. I hope you feel better and everything goes well.

im not pregnant but i was having similar problems sleeping recently. I used to take a nice hot bath and have a drink of hot chocolate before bed with the slightest drop of brandy in it (about a cap full) and i have been sleeping fine since. Make sure you are tucked up nice and warm esp since its so cold atm

I don't think that 5:15 is a terrible time to wake up, as long as you are going to bed early enough to get enough sleep. You should mention it to your doctor, though.
