No I do not take a promise lightly...if someone makes a promise, that is their word, and their word should be like gold...When I grew up, you shook hands and gave someone your word (a promise) and you kept it....

I believe everything I say is a promise so yes I make them and I keep them. However I am very careful in choosing what I say.

you know, a promise is kinda like a penny.....you lose them and find them all the time. You just dont want to lose them somewhere that hurts.
