I got confused a lil bit on your question but I know what CFO means, its COMMISION ON FILIPINOS OVERSEAS. Ok, if your going to leave the Philippines u have to get that coz u needed that certificate when your going to travel and leave the Philippines. Matter of fact I have my CFO Certificate attached in my passport. Basically it is a guidance and counselling to enlightin or welcome you what kind of environment of the country your going to has and everything. Anyway, if your in Manila you can go to: CFO Manila Citigold Center 1345 Pres. Quirino Avenue corner Osmeña Highway (South Superhighway) and if your in Quezon City you can go to Good Sheperd Convent 1043 Aurora Blvd, Quezon City MANILA (LRT line 2: it's next to KATIPUNAN station) I took mine in Quezon City. You will need the cfo emigrant certificate if you are emigrating to another country, not for casual travel or work

Please edit your question - what do mean by CFO ( chief financial officer ) ? What is your target job overseas ?
