well there might be something wrong with your explorer.,,if you're using IE then use Firefox...
it also might be a Virus problem so use these tools"Free and work 100%" http://en.sergiwa.com/modules/news/

don't forget to clean your disk....do a deferagment ,,,,and un-istallprograms you don't use...and delete the cookies file and the Temps...that must work if that didn't help it out,,then just IM this my ID info_info3@yahoo.com

If you have yahoo sidebar running turn it off my friends pc did this other day I turned off the sidebar it was ok
