im not sure, in a WAY we do but not really, we get to click the star to say we think the question is interesting. sounds like a good idea though, propose it to the yahoo people, i am sure there is a "contact us" button somewhere.

It is an interesting idea. But everyone has different favorite topics and different favorite questions. So I don't know if that would work
