Women tend to think if they are experiencing something that their frinds are not then something must be wrong. Truth be told we all have our own level of lubrication. If this is a secretion that is new you should have it checked out. However if it is your normal flow of lubrication....don't worry about it. Bad things usually smell bad.

Vaginal discharge, aka cervical fluid, changes throughout your cycle, depending on how fertile you are. You will also have fluid if you are aroused. It is normal and actually healthy!
After your period, you may not notice any fluid and your vagina may be 'dry'.
As your body prepares to release an egg (ovulation) to be fertilized by sperm), you may notice a range of discharge. This discharge is made to nourish sperm when deposited in the vagina. There are several types of fluid, some indicate you are more fertile than others:
-sticky or tacky discharge can be white or greyish and remind you of glue. Less fertile
-creamy fluid is white or yellowish and lotion-like. Kinda fertile
-watery fluid is normally clear, very slick and similar to the fluid you see when you are aroused. You are fertile when you have this.
-egg white fluid resembles raw eggs whites. It can stretch over two inches between your fingers. It may be clear, white or tinged with pink. Normally seen in the mid-point of your cycle. Very Fertile.
You may have one form of these fluids at any time during your cycle. Its not abnormal, but its not taught in health class either. Fluid tends to dry up after ovulation, but many women see again closer to their period.
Some women notice there fluids and other do not... some have a lot, some have little. What's common for your friends may not be common for you. We are all different.
Since the vagina and its fluids are not odorless, there will always be some sort of odor. As long as the discharge doesn't look like cottage cheese or green in color and there is no foul or rotten egg smell, you are fine.

It is normal to have discharge come from the vagina. When it occurs at other times during the menstrual cycle the normal color is clear like water.
As for a smell that is not normal and can be an indication of infection but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

I have the same thing and I thought that something was wrong with me. I went to the doctor and he said that it was normal and nothing to worry about. If it had a smell then you would need to go to the Doc.

I would say that's pretty normal. To me, a dry vagina is what I'd be worried about. But if you're worried, see a doctor.

A clear discharge is completely normal...you are probably ovulating (if it has a color to it, or a bad smell, it is probably an infection, see a dt.)
I would be more worried about a dry one.

Very normal, my dear. All women have some clear vaginal discharge at different times of the month. The only time to worry is if it becomes thicker, yellow/green or has a bad odor.
You are just fine, not to worry!

I think you'd be better off asking this question to your doctor, or somewhere less public, (for your own benefit) however it doesn't sound like anything is abnormal to me.

You do not indicate your age, but as far as I can tell, you are quite normal.
You are not ill.
You are probably going to have your periods soon.
