Asslamualikum!
Whenever i am unable to sleep i mostly try to finish my chores first and then with a good cup of coffee and chocolate or apple i watch T.V. or read any good book, to the point of tiredness.
It always make me sleep.

I read a horror book. Come on man, trust me, it's best bet. But for me, it doesn't even work so I try midnight snacks. Next in line's watching horror flicks or documentaries. Maybe writing my own book that never gets finished. And how about capturing funny pics of my bros sleeping? The best, I tell ya!!

Shout at my sister to be quiet! She is the only reason i dont sleep the gobby cow! It was 2am before i got to sleep last night/this morning because of her and then the cheeky git came into my room at 5:30am to borrow some shoes for work! Family...who'd have em!

wake up my man for a little action and fall asleep satisfied very easily after that, take a warm bath or just lie there in complete darkness and imagine a perfect day or whatever perfect thing or place I would like to dream about- gives you sweet dreams

I've tried to count sheep, ummm, never worked and where are these sheep that people talk about...never been able to see them. lol

If I have to go to sleep because I have to get up, i'll take maybe benadryl or something to help me sleep....If I don't have to work, I usually watch some tv until I get tired or i'll come onto yahoo answers until I get tired.....

well i read kalma, first kalma, repeatedly until , i feel sleep
u can drink, hot glass of milk or take hor water bathe it relaxes nerves or u can eat celery nature's sleeping food or maybe do yoga, or do the above that i do, it helps me alot
avoid late snacks or sitting on tv or computer they stop u from sleeping

I quit caffeine 2 weeks ago, I haven't had problems sleeping since.
