No it won't. Wanking will have NO ADVERSE EFFECTS ON YOU IN ANY WAY. You can enjoy it as often as you like with nothing bad happening to you.

No, it won't, that's propaganda spread in order to reduce the practice in men, because religious organizations think it's sinful and horrid, when they truly have no basis to say so. Hairy palms and other such mythology is all propaganda as well.
