It depends on the situation but I do both.
Run away if you see the silent me. That one explodes.
The yelling one is just venting.
The silent one does not know what he is doing. That is why he is silent.

I yell, slam doors, hell, I even kicked in a wall (drywall) and threw a baseball at it. Had to fix it though
