It's not essential.
Be thankful if you're NOT experiencing morning sickness. During all 3 of my pregnancies I was violently sick ALL 9 months. (including hospitilization due to dehydration).
I wish I would've experienced at least 1 pregnancy w/out morning sickness. Oh well, maybe with the next one.

No it isn't. I didn't have morning sickness with either of my two sons. You can come over a bit peculiar later in the pregnancy, I had to have a sit down for a few moments in Asda, while others put my shopping through as I felt a bit odd.

Not at all ... I have 3 kids ...
My 1st pregnancy, I had morning sickness once in my 8th month
I had none at all in my second pregnancy
For my third pregnancy, I was sick as a dog the first 4 months.
14 years later, I still hate the smell of sausage and peppers!
My boys are all healthy young men now.

no, it's not essential...it's your body getting used to something new. I had morning sickness bad with my first two and now, i have had nothing! Every pregnancy is different.

not at all! I have had three babies and I didn't get morning sickness with any of them. I felt like I was going to throw up sometimes, but I never did. I have read that it's all hormonal. The progeterin that your body produces to maintain the pregnancy is sort of gross to your tummy and it causes you to have nausea. Some women just don't produce alot of progesterone I suppose, and others do!

I didn't have morning sickness at all in my pregnancy. I know I have 5weeks left, but I haven't gotten it yet. I don't think I am going to get it in the next 5weeks. Plus it is mostly at the beginning of the pregnancy
